After obtaining my bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, I discovered my love of planning, training, and staying organized through multiple positions. While I was the Emergency Management Director for Houston County, I kept myself on a schedule of planning and preparedness, trainings and exercises, and outreach to local agencies and departments. In my current position with OnSolve, I enjoy the flexibility to lead one-on-one trainings with customers on various platform needs including sending out alerts to a mapped area and using the Integrated Public Alert Warning System (IPAWS). In my former position as the Office Manager for Immanuel Lutheran Church and in my current position with OnSolve, I'm able to keep organized and on task for self-set goals in order to remain productive, efficient, and helpful. I'm a very optimistic person with a drive to help others and desire to see my talents appreciated and cultivated. I'm a team player who always cheers for success and helps where needed. I enjoy working with Microsoft Office and working remotely while keeping up with my team digitally, with the potential for travel or meeting up with coworkers in the future. My long-term goal is to work in a related field that will allow me to continue to train others, mitigate for future potential disasters, and interact with a friendly and engaging group of people who want me to succeed in work and in life.
