Olivia Higson

I am currently working at Adelphi Research as a Research Executive. I have experience working in quantitative real world evidence research, with a focus in oncology. I graduated from Monmouth University, New Jersey in 2017 where I completed by BSc in Biology. I additionally played lacrosse for the women's lacrosse team. I have also played lacrosse for the England National team and was a part of the 2013 & 2017 World Cup training squads. One of my main passions is growing the game of lacrosse and over the past 4 years I have also volunteered at my lacrosse club. I assist with coaching the younger teams and helping the new players to develop their lacrosse skills. I enjoy volunteering my time in order to see younger players gain experience and improve each week. My strengths include: -good time management -effective organisational skills -quick to learn -easy to teach/coach -very passionate about what I do
