Olivia Kurtz

I was raised in Metamora where I learned that hard work always pays off. As a former Illinois State University student, I learned how to balance work and school while continuing to advance within McDonald's. While in school, I was promoted several times within McDonald's as well as working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) to make sure that I was able to achieve my goal of graduating with no debt. This goal was not an easy one to achieve as I also completed my degree in 3.5 years instead of the normal 4. It was a balancing act that I excelled at with my skills of organization and determination. Through these experiences, I have shown that I strive to achieve in every situation, creative and devoted to anything I set my mind to.
