I am a hard-working professional with a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Teaching from the University of Auckland. Moving to work as a Retailer Advocate (Customer Service agent essentially) and then as a Support Trainer for Vend made my many years of experience in the retail sector before these roles a great stepping stone and foundation to find something I absolutely love to do. As the Support Trainer at Vend I planned and built our training programme from the ground up, made the decision of which LMS platform to work with and have subsequently continued to create, write and maintain content. The Support team has grown significantly over the years, and we're showing no signs of slowing down!
