Olivia Shields

I recently graduated from Towson University, majoring in Human Resource Management, currently seeking an HR position that gives me a foundation of human resources and drives me to climb the ladder in human resources. I have been working at Kiddie Academy of Elkridge since April 2014 while attending school. I went to Howard Community College from August 2014 through December 2017, where I received my AA degree in Business. Next, I continued my education at Towson University, with a concentration in human resources. In the summer of 2019, I interned abroad in Wellington, New Zealand, at Duty Calls Nursing Bureau, where I had the opportunity to observe my co-worker and manager recruit new healthcare workers and registered nurses. At the end of my internship, I conducted an orientation to new healthcare workers, which showed why I chose this field; to coach workers for being the best they can while working and with their personal life as well.
