Olivia Verdoorn

My name is Olivia Verdoorn. I was born in Salt Lake City, Utah but lived the majority of my life in Sacramento, California. My family consists of myself, three brothers and a sister, and my parents of course who instilled in each of their children the importance of hard work, and investing yourself in all you do. That influence has blessed me throughout my life as I had many opportunities to work in a variety of settings,each with a different skill set. For two years I perfected my abilities to work with people and complete office tasks as a receptionist in a medical office. For 18 months I developed planning, organizing, and teaching skills in English and Spanish serving as a full time missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Upon returning home, I worked for a month in the presidential elections in voters registrations. Once again learning how to work with people, and the details of the voting process. And now I am here studying at BYU Idaho, and continuing to expand resources and abilities to help me succeed in my future career
