Hi, I'm Olivia Waddell a customer success manager at RedSeed, a purpose-built training system designed to change behaviour and improve business outcomes. I’m a problem solver, passionately committed to delivering lasting change. For training to be worth the investment, it has to change behaviour. It must actively engage the learner, not simply deliver facts. Combining the power of tailored coaching with content grows the skills of both the learner and the coach, yet there are almost no training systems that do this. Drawing on decades of experience in leading corporate training efforts I realised that most organisations run into three issues that limit the impact and effectiveness of their training. 1.
