My strengths that I think I have, are that I am a responsible person, I am punctual and committed to whatever I do. This also links to the fact that I am a hard worker, and without sounding vain, with a good sense of humour. I take responsibility for any mistakes that I may make and learn from them, I accept failure as it is just a part of personal growth. I acquired my first job at 15 through the process of work experience, then covering work during the summer holidays and was finally offered a part time role. I am very ambitious for my future and therefore would like to get as much experience for it as possible. I avoid confrontation and personally think that a team is essential in a workplace for it to work efficiently. I enjoy talking to people and helping others and I am very polite, I keep a smile on my face and am friendly to customers, visitors and colleagues. I am also very serious about my work, in school and out of school as I strive to succeed.With regards to weaknesses I feel I can be intimated by some people, however I am capable and confident to defuse the situation and not afraid to ask for help
