Olivier FLURY tiene más de 20 años de experiencia en Gestión de Proyectos de infraestructura e ingeniería, desempeñando cargos como gerente de Proyecto, Director de Proyecto, Gerente de PMO y Director de PMO en diferentes infraestructuras, principalmente carreteras y autopistas, sistemas de transporte urbano, proyectos de desarrollo urbano y aeropuertos. Su experiencia consta de 15 años en varias regiones del mundo, dirigiendo proyectos complejos de gran magnitud. Esta experiencia le proporciona una sólida trayectoria para abordar la complejidad de grandes proyectos, que requieran equipos multidisciplinarios y multiculturales. Su manejo de idiomas (francés, español e inglés), le permiten dirigir grandes grupos de profesionales sin dificultad alguna. Olivier FLURY has more than 20 years experience in infrastructure project management and engineering, from project owner representative for French Ministry of Public Works, to planning, design and construction supervision, in a wide range of infrastructures, mainly roads and expressways, but also urban transport systems, urban development projects or airports. He then has a key understanding of the importance of combining multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver complex and large scale infrastructure projects. His experience now encompass 15 years in various regions and contexts and 10 years as result-oriented business leader, fully accountable for the business development, operational and financial management of an engineering portfolio on major infrastructure projects, implemented by a team of 180 international and regional staff. This experience provides a strong background to address the complexity of major transversal projects, as well as mutii-cultural skills to manage large international teams
