I am a determined and result-oriented person. I like to study and learn new things and am not afraid of new challenges. I like meeting new people and I get along well with people. I respect the opinions of others and am a good listener. As an employee, I am accurate and conscientious. I have much of own ideas and I want continuously develop myself. I accept criticism as well as compliments for the work in order to learn and improve my working skills. I am able to take care of several simultaneous tasks. As a leader I am familiar with several management styles to be implemented in different situations and get employees motivated. I listen to team members and do my best to find suitable tasks for all members. My goal is to make team work as efficiently as possible and get the team's processes to operate in such a way that they reach the best possible results.
