I am a lawyer with vast experience in Client Service Management , Branch Operations and most recently Human resource specifically, Internal control and Business Support. My Job role entails but not limited to the following: * Promote the use of the quality management system to ensure Client satisfaction and deliverance of the highest quality service possible to them. * Assists in the inspection and corrective action processes and the implementation of quality processes. * Provide recommendations relative to process improvements. * Supports the Business Manager, Workforce Outsource in managing the Business. Unit’s Performance, according to key performance indicators (KPIs). * Liaise with HR on workforce outsource employee training plan development and execution. I am dedicated in ensuring that due proper processes are followed.
