I have three year experience in customer services and four years, i have done operational, documentation, and pricing.l have knowledge of both field sea and air. First we got query from customer , we ask for rate s from our counterparts cheapest as well as better services. Same send to customer after adding morgen .once shipment conformed by customers, we palace booking and send sailing schedule to cnee. Arrange draft documents and send to customers for approval. Once draft approve by customer send pre alert to customer and house and master BL send to carrier/co-loader for manifestation.once shipment arrived at sea port send IGM details to customer along with fright certificate and necessary documents format to arrange delivery order from carrier. Update customer day to day tracking.one arrived at final destination, arrange delivery order/NOC to customer and release the sane after getting payment and original BL if any.
