Focused on fruit production, and imports of food products from the USA and Canada. • Led agricultural production improvements, infrastructure enhancements, and expanded market distribution with international business agreements. • Initiated expansion into real estate investments. 1999-Present World Vision, Seattle WA, US Sponsorship and Product Services 1999- 2002 • Composed, edited and translated Spanish and English marketing materials, to enhance sponsor correspondence and mass mail marketing communications. • Managed a bilingual English, Spanish team of talented donor correspondence writers to reaffirm sponsorship relations and respond to sensitive donor experiences. Created and maintained WVUS answer letter systems in support of various departments in the organization. Donor Contact Services 2002 – 2004 • Led the integration of the Correspondence Team with (DCS) the Donor Contact Services team to form the (SME) Subject Matter Expert teams. Formed the donor communication quality assurance team. Product Services 2004 - 2019 Project managed the initial plans for the creation of a digitalized and safe online sponsorship experience. Collaborated to launch the web experience mySponsorship by building relationships and testing technologies in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
