I am a project manager with Civil background and more than 12 years experience in project and construction management in different projects scopes commercial, residential, Smart and technology projects From 2012 till 2020 I have been working in international PMC firms in Egypt specialised and since 2020 till date I am working as Project manager for one of the biggest international technology providers companies which added more to my experience. Now I have the experience of both Smart and Construction projects. I gained my experience in 1)Working and managing construction site daily activities especially in residential projects. Have the ability to execute all the structural and architectural works as well as the plumbing connections, i.e. Turn key. 2) Follow up construction progress in the site,prepare weekly and monthly progress reports,coordinate between consultants and contractors 3)Applying quality control on works executed by subcontractors and submitted to consultants. 4)Preparing invoices for subcontractors as well as the owner’s monthly invoices. 5)Preparing payments certificates for general contractors invoices 6)Issuing and Follow up Site documents (Letters, Variation Orders, Contract Amendments, Site Work Instructions...etc.)
