Senior Technical Consultant in the Information Technology and System Integration revolved in the ever-rising domain of what is now known as FinTech. I have worked as a System Engineer, Quality Assurance, Application Support managing and monitoring the network from any centralized location, monitoring software and hardware and Level 3 Customer Support. With several years of dedicated experience in System Administration and Integration, Application installation and implementation, day to day operational enterprise support and Ad-Hoc Business and Statistical data Report generation in the EFT(Electronic Fund Transfer) domain. Add to that the Technical client support that includes but not limited to application log validation for investigation tracing and troubleshooting, Penetration Testing as well as the maintenance of Linux, AIX and windows servers. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, from the American University of Beirut accompanied by a minor in Mathematics. Add to that a solid technical background and keen problem solving skills have proven their proficiency and reliability in the IT domain.
