I have demonstrated professional leadership skills while managing projects on my extra time. The team I worked with completed comprehensive projects that affect the entire hospital. The experiences I gained working with non-medical professionals at UW-Bothell helped me develop business acumen. I helped lead a knowledgeable team that developed a specific plan using software that maximized the efficiency of actual workplace processes.
