Onicca De Guzman

I'm a recent graduate with a BA(Hons) in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, with extensive experience and knowledge within the hospitality sector, including relevant exposure in customer service. I have a strong desire to continuously improve my interpersonal skill and learn new ways to meet the needs of customers and stakeholders, through independent research with the goal of enhancing value. Having dealt with many challenges throughout my employment, I was able to show a 'can do' attitude and show great optimism during difficult situations. I find a real passion in gaining new experiences that I can use towards exceeding my future goals and broadening my knowledge further.
