• 12+years of experience in implementing enterprise level CAE and SPDM solutions. • Wide experience in CAE pre-post sales, software development, support, process automation/integrations, design optimization and dynamic (CRASH,NVH, durability) analysis acquired at various clients ranging from OEM's, Tier1 suppliers to engineering services • Enterprise level Large and small level account management;Identification of potential threats to accounts requiring defense against competition, custom solutions, additional training and special attention. • Manage/Lead Tools and Automation team and establish automation project proposals, cost, and quality targets and project timing plans and executions • Interfacing to prospects and customers – supporting the demonstration and bench marking of ANSA, META and SPDM through multiple stages of the sales process: initial pre-sales engagements, proof-of-concept and project demonstrations, sales closure, post-sales support, training, and account growth and cultivation • Deep understanding of various modeling techniques and debugging skills for different solvers such as Nastran, Abaqus, Optistruct, LsDyna, Radioss, OpenFOAM, STAR CCM, Moldex3d. • Expertise in response surface-based DOE optimization, parametric optimization, CAD morphing and stochastic modeling techniques. Experience with commercial tools like I-SIGHT, Mode Frontier and Heeds. • In depth knowledge of ANSA for CAE model build, deck preparations and process automations. • Strong understanding of CAE post processing tools such as METAPOST and Hyperview. • Effective communications and reporting skills
