With my over 15 years of indepth support and customer service knowledge have broaden the scope of my expertise in the field of hardware and software support. Starting from the days of supporting Microsoft Windows 98 to now Windows 7 along with Exhange 2003/2007/2010/2013 and Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 & 2016. I was entrusted with the responsibilities of offering indelible solutions to the US Military in addition to the US White House; just to mention a few. During these years I have garnered commendation from the wonderful people I had the opportunity to lead with respect to implementing SLAs and ensuring those standards are met. Creating and maintaining SOPs and SOWs for both internal and external customers alike. Most recently I was beseeched with overseeing the upgrade of the HEAT ticketing system to Cherwell Solutions, not only with the front end, but back-end as well. From the business perspective of my job one of the most important duties was that of liaison between our office in Canada and the headquarters in the USA. This of course was a tremendous responsibility as many of my communications were viewed by the Executive Team of the parent company.
