Oreoluwa Oduko

I am a Nigerian qualified and experienced multi- practice Legal practitioner in key areas including Employment, Labour law and Contracts currently navigating life as a HR Professional in a People Operations role. I have under my belt, an Irish, CIPD accredited master’s degree in Human Resources Management (First Class Honours) during which I conducted a solid research project on the importance of Employee Belonging; opening the door into the world of Human Resources Management for me. My legal background, experience in startups, customer service, 360 recruitment and people management, makes me a very unique addition to my team where I support the daily operations of the food program at one of the world’s major tech companies with EU headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. I am passionate about People, People Data Analytics, HR Systems as well as managing Projects. I thrive in roles and work environments where I am involved in several aspects of People Management, especially process improvement projects that help to make work more efficient. I am very passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and consistently volunteer to take part in initiatives that promote these.
