I consider myself as a value creator for global organizations through my passion to lead growth projects, as I love connecting people and make them shine to deliver goals that matter for the organization and the society. Throughout my career I have worked in Spain, Canada and Switzerland and enjoyed and succeeded in technical sales, strategic marketing, new product development and business transformation positions. Leading multi-cultural teams through influence has been a real growing professional and personal I consider myself as a value creator for global organizations through my passion to lead growth projects, as I love connecting people and make them shine to deliver goals that matter for the organization and the society. The team (customers included) is at the core of what made me succeed at any of the projects I run. But in order to consistently deliver under tight schedules I had to bring excellent organization skills, self-discipline a real drive for results. While creative and innovative I am in love of those processes that will help you advance quicker while mitigating risks. The others, better not spend to much time on them... I am an optimistic individual, reflective, calm, insightful and like to work among an environment of trust. And I am strong believer that everyone needs to find his/her work-life balance; I found spending quality time with family, friends and connect with nature are the most unwinding things you can do. I feel very proud to be currently part of GAVI’s team and to contribute to the COVAX facility’s goals of securing equitable access to COVID-19 vaccines worldwide.
