• Managing the planning and licensing aspects of two large commercial centers and thousands of agricultural dunams. • Managing the expropriation field – working with expropriating companies as Israel Routes, Israel railways, NTA and so on. • Preparation of long-term plans, planning follow-up, handling property registration and percolations. • Dealing with statutory damages in properties - submitting objections, participating in committees, submitting claims for compensation. • Examining the feasibility of projects, providing professional opinions, checking planning status • Working with all government agencies in thawing agricultural land and promoting plans to change statutory status and building permits • Management of consultants and planners in procedures for arranging and establishing properties, participation in committees until permits are obtained • Regulating lease rights in thousands of agricultural dunams and managing complicated negotiations with the Israel Land Authority • Managing negotiations and drawing up rental agreements
