With a background in graphic design and branding I have developed a unique ability to combine creativity with listening skills to present information visually and create storyboards and illustrations for product and service innovation. I care about people engaging with information in lively and warm ways. As well as working with clients both globally and locally, I occasionally lecture at learning centres such as the UCD Innovation Academy, CIT and LSAD. As a visual information specialist with a focus on B2B businesses, I can draw on 20 years of experience with presentations, illustration, graphic recording and infographics for print and online formats. Yet, I approach every assignment with an open mind and from a fresh perspective As a visual facilitator, I use design thinking, collaboration processes, learning activities, and digital tools to foster engagement and human-centred approaches. Whatever the complexity of the information that feeds into the final design, I will opt for visual tools that clarify the ideas in a way that resonates with clients and inspires them to move forward. I create customer journey maps, storyboards, and rapid prototyping for product innovation and service design projects.
