I am a qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in integrated complex building services. My current role is broadly based with operational responsibilities for key clients developing effective solutions to building operation, upgrades and improvements. This approach has been highly effective on a range of major Adelaide CBD assets, including SA Water House, 45 Pirie Street, Ernst & Young Building and Grenfell Centre. I am also engaged with implementation of JLL’s industry leading risk management and compliance programme specifically for our National Portfolio clients. I work closely with Property Managers to ensure a comprehensive property management service to cover off tenant obligations on regular maintenance, legislature compliance and preparing detailed reporting in CAPEX requirements.
