Orlando Cruz

I'm an Information Technology (IT) professional with 10 years of experience, with a primary focus on infrastructure and MS Office 365 platform. I also have 13 years of experience in Customer Service. I've always been interested in figuring out how things work and all thing that are remote manipulative (e.g. Telecommunication). This curiosity led me to my passion in Information Technology. Within the Information Technology field, I have particular interests in active directory, scripting, and network Technology. I have two other Values and Passions that I feel have made me a superbly-qualified IT professional. Additional Values and Passions: The first passion is Customer Service. My previous work experiences in this field have given me a particular insight into customer relationships. This has allowed me to be able to better help end-users learn new knowledge and achieve their tasks in the most efficient manner. The second passion is research. I obtained a doctoral degree in Information Technology, with the aim of being able to train and learn about the research process in the field and enable me to make better decisions.
