Following are my selected achievements:  Created and implemented a five-year strategy aligned to company vision and objectives by liaising with IT organization that enabled identification of business opportunities, triggered pricing initiatives, improved sales planning, and strengthened customer loyalty.  Accomplished BW up-gradation within time and budgetary constraints of version 7.4 and BOBJ implementation and Upgrades (Current 4.2) of all the Chamberlain instances.  Devised and executed Worldwide Reporting Strategy and Roadmap for Alberto Culver at operational, tactical and strategic levels that improved market position in Europe and the Americas and empowered user’s self-sufficiency.  Developed upgraded plan and support packages applications across entire support paths, such as Dev, QA, and Production which maintained >/= 99.9% uptime availability, ensured Systems Emergency RFC Rate </= 4.0% and Production Change Success Rate >/= 98%.
