Dear all, Currently, I am working as Administrative Assistant for Lavie Hotels and Resorts Thailand Co., Ltd, La Vie is a third-party hotel management company with operations across the Asia-Pacific region. I am doing translation of official letters, require documents, banking, hotel development operation, filing and organising company biz file, solving company's problems, assisting financial in errands and WHT Cert preparation, invoices, payment request, expense claim, arranging travel form, minutes of meeting,POA and helping Regional General Manager's for personal matters such as Work permit, Long term Visa,90 days report, Notification of Alien's address, Thai Driver license, SSO, Tax ID process, HR and assist Regional GM as needed. Moreover, I am working and coordinating closely with hotel owner and with other department such as lawyers, accountants ,audits, revenue officers and overseas offices in Singapore and Australia. I am also doing Thai-English translator, Part-time Model and Brand ambassador of various brands like Eagletech Thailand, Youth Fountain luxury skincare and clothing brands called Spritz_clothing. My experience made me work very well under pressure, balancing competing demands and customer satisfaction, outgoing personality and are communicating well with others. Strong team player with significant work experience in an international environment. Flexible, adaptive worker, always trying to learn new skills to increase experiences and take on more responsible tasks.
