I have over 20 years of experience in the technology field, both at Top 500 tech companies and tech startups, and have held upper management positions in which I have built and led R&D and Operations teams. ​Furthermore, in recent years, I have been supporting people and organi​s​ations using my coaching, awareness and therapy skills. My professional and personal experience has led me to believe that there does not need to be a trade-off between a mindful and balanced life and professional success. So while every one of us has a different definition of success and balance, having a committed relationship with an experienced professional – be it through coaching, training or consulting – is a major asset in times of growth, difficulty and change. Sometimes, however, this kind of relationship can help us achieve goals which, although we may believe they are genuine, are just a product of our family or social beliefs and may actually push us further away from what we really want. For this reason, I encourage my clients to be both bold and cautious so they can connect with what’s authentic in themselves. My therapeutic background allows me to facilitate this process of introspection so clients can discover their inner life compass that leads them to more mindful and balanced decision making. I consult for companies on quality processes, management and strategy, and I regularly perform executive, professional and life coaching. I also lead custom workshops on a variety of subjects such as communication, awareness and coaching/leadership skills. I am a Gestalt Coach, NLP Practitioner and an Electrical Engineer with a postgraduate degree in leadership skills among others. I have lived in the United Kingdom, France and Spain, and speak French and English with professional fluency and Spanish and Catalan natively. Presently, I live near Girona, north of Barcelona.
