Oscar Stanley

I joined ABN Group as General Manager of Development following a decade acquiring and managing some of Victoria’s most well known and complex projects. Whilst a Senior Development Manager at Stockland I oversaw one of Australia’s best known masterplanned communities, Highlands. This project which was awarded UDIA’s ‘National Master Planned Development’ in 2012. Following my time with Stockland I joined ID Land where I was introduced to the private property sector, as Development Director I managed six active projects from end-to-end across both greenfield and infill suburbs. One project included The Barkly townhouses in Brunswick which was awarded the 2016 UDIA National Awards for Excellence in the Medium Density category.Now with ABN Group I work across Homebuyers Centre, Boutique Home and Resolve Finance. In this role I’m driven to deliver quality, affordable houses and townhouses. This is achieved through innovative product and finance solutions supported by mutually beneficial relationships with Victoria's leading developers.
