I am a senior leader with 30+ years of experience in Nordic and global IT-companies, leading multicultural and highly professional software development teams. Since 2012 in management positions for Nets, specialized in innovative payment solutions, I am at the moment working as a leader in fintech domain for Nets, Finland and further to Nexi Group. I have worked in all aspects of complex environments, including waterfall Agile (Scrum) and SAFe methodologies when developing SW solutions in mobile or payment contexts. During my whole career, which includes 20 years for Nokia, and in all its organizations, I have strived for hands-on experiences – and results. At Nokia one of the mayor ones I was enabling the SW development of MeeGo computers to streamline operations, improving the efficiency of more than 1100 internal and external software developers. My professional career has given me exquisite communication- and interaction competencies as well as great team playing skills.
