I have spent the last 20 years in a variety of roles in the construction industry with the majority of that delivering multidisciplinary rail projects. This has led to a very balanced style of management with appreciation of all phases of a project. In particular my early roles in planning & programming and commercial management has given me an ability to identify and resolve issues early in order to provide certainty of delivery.I have an excellent ability to communicate from all levels of a project team and also to senior/executive management.
