Over the past 18 years I have been involved in all aspects of ICT and digital leadership, in roles across the corporate, government and tertiary sectors.As demonstrated below, I have a passion for using ICT and digital technologies to transform business so that they can continue to thrive in this digital age.I thrive on creating user centric systems, using design thinking and agile principles that deliver tangible benefits to the business, while empowering staff to deliver better, cheaper and faster results for the organisation and create the best customer experience possible.I have extensive experience in all elements of ICT and digital leadership, delivery, strategy creation as well as business wide transformation and modernization.I have many years of experience in very successful vendor management, portofilo and program management, contract development and negotiation, as well as the delivery of ICT and digital business as usual services.I create and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization and utilize these relationships to promote and create positive change.I was the driving force behind the modernization and transformation of ICT and digital technologies within the Australian Armed Forces Recruiting organization, Defence Force Recruiting (DFR), the world’s largest recruitment process outsourcing partnership.Most recently I have lead the Transformation of one of Australia’s largest Recruitment companies helping to bring it into the Digital age.
