Owen Pomykacz

I am an appraiser with three years of experience in the field. I have had the opportunity over this time to work on many different types of appraisals using all three approaches to value and begin my appraisal course work. I am familiar with acting autonomously in the full capacity of an MAI appraiser under the supervision of an MAI. Think of my experience as parallel to a paralegal. In the past I have worked for Commercial Valuation firms where my primary duty is completing appraisal reports. I am well versed in HUD RCS procedure, and have completed over 50 RCS inspections and reports for multi-family property managers in the New York tri-state area. I have also completed valuations of other types of assets including vacant land, single family homes for donation/gift, warehouses, shopping malls, and utilities. The reports I have generated have been used as expert witness testimony for litigation and by government officials for subsidized housing rentals.
