Oxy Ong is a results-driven sales professional with over 14 years of experience managing Sales and Marketing functions. She is a strong leader with a motivational leadership style and reputation for building and retaining highly motivated staff, sales teams, clients, partners and supplier networks. She is a results-oriented achiever with an excellent track record and ability to identify opportunities that accelerate growth. She has extensive experience in sales, closing multiple corporate b2b clients across the hospitality and tech industries. At City Storage Systems, a global real estate / food tech startup, Oxy was part of the launch team in APAC. She was the 1st sales person to join the APAC team and help to set up sales processes and structure across the market. During her 4+ years in City Storage Systems, Oxy has achieved top sales in APAC and has earned recognition from the management, as one of the strongest sales leaders in the company who consistently pushes her team in achieving and exceeding results. Prior to that, Oxy was leading the team in DishDash, a local food tech startup, in tailoring corporate meal plan solutions for key corporate clients - Uber, Netflix, Facebook and more. She was also recognized for her efforts in achieving top sales in the management of the F&B and Corporate companies’ conference and accommodation requirements in major hotel chains - Fairmont, Swissotel, Meritus and Millennium and Copthorne groups. Throughout her career, Oxy has earned the trust of several national and international companies and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeat businesses. In 2023, Oxy moved on to embark on her newest adventure in the #Fintech space, heading the sales team in APAC at OnTop, driving new businesses across the market and supporting her team and the organization in generating incremental revenue for the company.
