Prompting patients to attend to their personal hygiene, and cash their benefit are some of the other duties I have performed. Making notes of the patient’s condition from time to time, inform staff in charge, monitoring clients’ vital sign such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, fluid chart, and food chart as required. 1:1 interacts with patient in order to build therapeutic relationship and trust. Joining in patients’ occupation and recreational activities, and encouraging participation on activities of interest to them and self expression, in accordance with individual care plans. Other duties performed were assisting in observing and supervising patients who need to be continuously observed, doing so within the prescribed policy and procedure. I have also done an HAD and bachelor degreee in health and social care management. I have learn so many skills and ideals from both courses such as recruitment process, public health, global health and sustainability.
