A good combination of work experiences in technical field, people skills, services, operations and management with high exposure to the director or owners. Currently Head of Audio Technic of MNC Media Group responsible for overall audio technic (broadcast system, FOH, monitor) Also adjusting and determine the character of audio every TV station, responsible for audio project development within MNC Media such as Plennary Hall, Cinema, Auditorium, MNC Network (Sindo Trijaya, Global Radio, V Radio, RDI), Dolby Digital production and system implementation. Experience as operational manager at Luxurious residential worldclass recording studio in Ubud,Bali. As a host for Bali Songwriting Summit 2011,brought together some of the hottest artists, writers and top hits producers from around the globe. Several esteemed artists and writers of the pop world attended Nick Jonas, Multi-Platinum recording Australian artist Delta Goodrem, #1Billboard hit songwriter Bonnie McKee (Katy Perry, Taio Cruz), Arnthor Birgisson (produced and songwritter for Britney Spears, Westlife, Carlos Santana,etc) General Manager at fXMusic Jakarta, a large audio complex facilities with 6 studios, audio engineering class, music class, lounge, music retail, acoustic stage, etc. Responsible for overall business strategy and generating marketing tools, networking, strategic partnership and developing new revenue streams for both companies and leading a team of 15 - 40 members.
