Ozan Kuzu

Ozan Kuzu; graduated from Uludağ University, Industrial Engineering Department in 1996. He participated the preparation program for business life in 1997 Edgware Academy London / England, In 2015, he completed the Financial Economics master degree at Katip Çelebi University. In 1998, he started his career as a Planning Engineer. Since 2014, he continues as the Chief Supply Chain Officer and member of the Board of Directors. And between January 2019 and February 2023, he served as the General Manager of CMS Jant ve Makina San. A.Ş. He has experience and knowledge in all managerial processes, especially in the automotive industry. In his 25-year career, he has achieved significant success in the automotive industry with his team in Production Management of 4 factories and in international - domestic Logistics, Purchasing, Planning and Profit / Loss management of the company. In Production Management, he set-up the on-site deployment and development of lean manufacturing systems and OpEx-operational excellence advanced applications. He took responsibility in the green field investment of two factories. He has the main responsibility of the management of company strategies, the management of productivity projects, cost savings working groups and risk management with well-attended teams.
