• Develop and execute recruiting plan. • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. • Screening & Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods like (Naukri, Monster, Indeed) and Social Media platform like (LinkedIn, Facebook). • Interact with candidate & understand their competencies & skill sets and making them understand job role. • Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicant to fill open positions. • Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process. • Experience into campus hiring, bulk hiring. • Responsible for all Junior + senior level requirements in IT & NON-IT. • Managing the overall interview, selection and closing process. • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. • Ensure all screening, hiring and selection is done in accordance with the employment Laws and regulations. • Manage on boarding and new hire process. • Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status report, closure report & feedback report.
