Over 35 years of experience in the U.S. Aerospace Industry focused primarily on environmental remote sensing missions. Mission System Engineering Lead experience; Subject Matter Expert on remote sensing data products and scientific needs that drive data product requirements. Expertise spans airborne and space-based systems and the Mission, Space Segment, including instruments, and Ground Segment, including geophysical data products. Employed for many years at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems in Los Angeles, USA, working on weather, climate, and environmental remote sensing activities. Held a variety of science, engineering, management, and business development positions related to both U.S. And international activities, retiring as an Engineering Fellow in 2020. Experienced in all levels of writing and reviewing engineering proposals, both small responses and very large: RFI, DRFP, RFP, Blue Team, Red Team, Pink Team, Technical Volume Lead, multiple sections of proposals, etc. Over 20 years of involvement and leadership in U.S. And international scientific professional organizations, government-sponsored activities, and non-profits within the weather, water, and climate enterprise.
