Pam Peterson

Pam Peterson has been a major player in the industrial, office, retail/restaurant, and hospitality sectors in commercial real estate for over 25 years. In addition to representing National Tenants and Landlords in the market, some of Pam's most notable successes are: * Working with the City of Gladstone to bring Summit Grill to Linden Square where they opened a 10,000 square foot 1st Class restaurant, their largest to date. * Taking on a struggling strip center in Bonner Springs, filling it to 100% occupancy within 8 months of listing the property. * Playing a key role in the ground-up development of Shawnee Crossings in Western Shawnee, leasing two spec strip centers to 100% occupancy along with completing several pad site sales. Pam attended Western Nebraska College on a basketball scholarship, hosted a Japanese foreign exchange student in her home for over a year, and has been a volunteer for the Big Brothers Big Sister organization.
