Pamela Boland

I have been working in the real estate industry for 20 years. I have held accounting positions including accounting manager and controller. I have managed the accounting department of one firm and currently handle the property management accounting of a 48 story high rise. I have accounted for building sale transactions as well as all functions associated with the building operations. I have taught several financial classes over the years to my fellow associates. This experience has enhanced my presentation skills and allowed me to share knowledge with other colleagues, ultimately helping them to grow their careers. I am adaptable. I am quick to learn new concepts, procedures and systems. I have worked on multiple accounting and budgeting systems during my time in property management.
