I have excellent skills in assessing patterns of movement which enables me to create individual rehab programmes which aim to reduce discomfort , improve postural awareness and control. I am practical , approachable and supportive to those around me. I have extensive experience in assessment and rehabilitation of both sports injuries and MSK conditions . Worked with elite sports for 4 Olympic Games , 3 Commonwealth Games . Interest in development of injury prevention and working with adolescent athletes particularly those involved in rowing and athletics . Myofascial manipulation Stecco Method part 1 completed Feb 2015 . Chronic pain treatment and associated movement compensations.
