I am currently a Customer Service Professional at Sigma Stretch Film. I handle many accounts from distribution partners to National Corporate Accounts. I love what I do but it can be very stressful. My customers rely on me to fix hard situations but that means I have to rely on our team of professionals in order to make things happen. We strive to take care of all our distribution partners as well as our direct customers. I feel like I have proven myself to be a Customer Service Professional that my accounts can rely on for solutions to their needs. I take great pride in what I do and making the impossible possible. When you have good relationships with your accounts and good communication, tasks that seem difficult are a little easier to get accomplished. Team work is the key to success.
