Isn't it time for a change? After 28 years in Workforce Solutions, I think so! In 1993 I began with a small unemployment vendor, the Gibbens Company. I stayed in the industry through acquisitions by GatesMcDonald and the TALX Corporation. Making a jump to a new company Corporate Cost Control in 2006 provided me an opportunity to learn more than unemployment account management. I gained experience through managing our operations in the Dallas Office, to Government Relations and ultimately taking over Marketing for the organization. I love saying yes and learning new skills. This resulted in my creation of all content for the CCC website, implementation of the education and training programs both internally and for clients and prospects, creation of all client related materials and product sales information. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, my team kept our clients up to date with the legislation related to unemployment compensation while continuing to create valuable communications to our clients and future clients. After the acquisition of CCC by Experian, I assisted with the implementation of the organization to the newly developed Experian Employer Services and continued working in the Marketing Department. Seeking a new challenge, I recently accepted a position with Xenon arc as Sales Enablement Leader. After 8 weeks, I am now challenged with assisting the Executive Team, Corporate Communications and Marketing. I am excited to use the skills that I developed to help Xenon arc continue to grow.When I get the chance I love to travel and expand my experience both in the US and around the world.Want to know more about us?
