At Osco, I managed three pharmacies. My second pharmacy was the fastest growing Osco in the nation for 5 years running. I was a diabetes care pharmacist who taught diabetes classes. I proposed, wrote and updated Osco's National internship program to be disease-based. At PayLess (Kroger) 843, I grew the business from 0 to 1700 prescriptions per week, and at PayLess 824, from 800 to 1800 prescriptions per week. At PayLess 824 we performed better than 95% of MTM pharmacies nationally. I also served on the error reduction committee and helped co-write Kroger's summer internship program.
