Pamela Rojas- Noriega

I am Pamela Rojas, a first year student in the Year Up Los Angeles program whose mission is to close the opportunity divide. I have gained experience in help-desk and serving clients efficiently and proficiently. I also mastered skills in communication, networking, email etiquette, and being accountable; and hard skills in IT such as installing and maintaining operating systems from Windows 7,8 and 10 to Linux. Through the program, I have learned to bring my authentic positivism, joy, and dedication to leave no stone un-turned. As a patient and humble lion I am ready to embark on my educational journey with courage and strength to overcome difficulties. I strive to gain task opportunities and learning experiences in my current role as a Student Outreach Committee Ambassador in Year Up.
