Pannamy Touch

I am a driven and enthusiastic 4th year part-time university student, currently completing my Honours year in Psychology. I have extensive customer service and mental health care experience as front of house staff and community volunteer and have received recognition for high level initiative, critical thinking, and commitments to delivering person-centered support. I have proven ability to communicate effectively across cultural and language barriers, and build rapport as demonstrated by 4+ years’ customer service experience and experiences working with individuals from the CALD backgrounds. My passion lies in providing social assistance to disadvantaged communities and I am committed to advocacy of equal access to health resources with involvement in projects and programs which aim to increase access to community services, especially mental health services. My passions stemmed from a lived-in experience as a young migrant from Cambodia and now I am very interested in building a career as Community or Mental health worker.
