With over two decades of experience, I excel at managing dynamic and flexible environments using Agile methodology. I have a record of accomplishments in creating positive work atmospheres that enable teams of 350+ members to deliver successful projects. Notably, I was responsible for the Expo2020 Host Broadcast Services project life cycle, which provided world-class coverage of events, concerts, and conferences at the Expo2020 Dubai. I planned and developed the HBS framework, including project scope, goals, governance, milestones, significant deliverables, production planning, engineering, technical planning, logistics, administrative planning, and risk management planning. As the Projects and Services division head, I managed project sales and systems integration in the Middle East and North Africa markets. I also prepared technical and financial bids/offers for TV/Radio Studio projects, conducted pre-sales negotiations and presentations with clients, and worked with suppliers, manufacturers, and an in-house team of engineers for system design, execution, testing, commissioning, training, and handover.Previously, I oversaw Postproduction and Multicamera TV production studios at the Mass Communication Research Centre in New Delhi. I upgraded and acquired modern technologies/equipment, defined job responsibilities, set goals, and prepared career paths and training programs for team members. I coordinated with producers/production houses to market production facilities; the studios were independent profit centers. Reputed producers/production companies used these TV studios/post-production studios for shooting/editing programs for news and entertainment channels, including BBC, Star TV, Sahara TV, Aaj Tak, NDTV, TV 18, and Doordarshan.My skills include organization, communication, integration, project delivery, production planning, and new media.
