Perform day to day accounting transactions activities (Bank, AP, GL etc) by meeting closing deadlines Play an active role in the month, quarter and year-end close Book supplier invoices & payroll entries using the accurate cost centers Travel expenses verification, processing, accounting for and payment management Manage payment run (preparation, documentation, payments) Ensure the accuracy of the accounts payable & bank accounts Perform accounts payable and general ledger reconciliations Manage and book all payroll entries and perform monthly and YTD reconciliations with GL and Payroll provider information. Ensure compliance with internal control system Ensure timely and compliant VAT submissions (CH & EUROPEAN) Ensure timely and compliant tax submissions Play an active role during Audit Participate in ad hoc projects for the accounting department, such as support on the implementation of the new ERP
