Pat O'Reilly

In the last 19 years I have experience in managing due diligence engagements (buy-side and sell-side) in Ireland, Europe and the USA in the following sectors: banking, other financial services, distribution, packaging, manufacturing, energy, media, and transportation. I have project managed the IPOs of a number of Irish plcs and completed reporting accountant work for rights issues, acquisitions and disposal circulars for companies in the banking, food distribution, luxury goods, media, packaging, pharmaceutical distribution and transportation sectors. I have also undertaken once off projects for Government and related agencies. I have extensive experience of managing large scale projects and teams. Prior to that I worked in audit where I managed a portfolio of domestic and IFSC bank audits specialising in financial reporting and regulation.
